Subprocessors
RT Express uses the providers below to operate RT Track. Account administrators will be notified of material changes. To ask questions or request notice of changes, email dan@rtohio.com.
Map tiles are fetched by your browser from the map provider (we do not proxy the tile traffic). Alert SMS and email leave our server to those networks. Cellular SIMs are the tracker’s connectivity, not a copy of your portal password.

We may also use ordinary professional tools (accounting, legal, office email) under confidentiality. A card processor will be added here before self-serve card billing goes live. Uptime monitoring that only checks whether the public site answers is not used to read your fleet database.
